Respected Baseball Expert John Perrotto Joins the Draft Nation Team

We would like to welcome John Perrotto to the Draft Nation team as a National Baseball Columnist.

An award-winning sports reporter, John has covered MLB since 1988 and is a National Baseball Hall of Fame voter.

John is a columnist for Pittsburgh Baseball Now, a contributor to The Associated Press, Baseball Digest, Forbes.com and Heavy.com, and the student media advisor at Robert Morris University. His work has also been featured at USA Today, Baseball America and Baseball Prospectus.

He was also named the National Baseball Writer of the Year in 2001 by SportsTalk.com (now ESPN+).

John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Geneva College, where he is a member of the school's athletic Hall of Fame.
