Elic Ayomanor was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada and started his high school career at Medicine Hat High School, but transferred to Peddie School in New Jersey for one year. He then finished his last two years of high school at Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, Massachusetts. He was a star track athlete who also excelled at football for Deerfield and was ranked a three-star recruit, rated a top 10 prospect in Massachusetts. He committed to Stanford over scholarship offers from Notre Dame, California, Tennessee and Ole Miss.
Ayomanor did not appear in any games for Stanford in 2022 due to a knee injury leaving him the option to still redshirt if he'd like. In 2023, he played 12 games and hauled in 62 passes for 1,013 yards and six touchdowns. He was named an All-Pac 12 Honorable Mention after his solid campaign.
During the 2024 season, Ayomanor hauled in 63 passes for 831 yards and six touchdowns.
The redshirt sophomore declared for the NFL Draft after the season.
