Three-pack of 2025 NFL Prospects- OT’s
The 2024 college football season is right around the corner, so you know what that means? The 2025 NFL draft is coming soon, as well. Draft Nation is here to guide you through the prospects and how they can help NFL teams.
Here is a three pack of offensive tackles who have declared for the 2025 NFL Draft.
OT Will Campbell, LSU
6-foot-6 323 lbs
2024 stats: 12 starts
What to like about Will Campbell
Will Campbell has the size and length to be successful as a left tackle in the NFL. He has enough strength to sit back when anchoring and can still keep edge rushers at bay. He is a physical specimen in the run game and drives through opponents on the line or at the second level. Campbell's athleticism is effective enough to be able to block the faster edge rushers and he has the ability to re-load when he needs to, due to his excellent footwork.
Reason for concern
On the downside, Campbell tends to be overaggressive, especially in the run game, and lunges from time to time. Campbell is not the smoothest at dropping back into pass pro and can knock himself off-balance. Although Campbell has enough strength to play in the NFL he needs to be better on the technical side with his hands and his placement when he strikes defenders.

Round one- Top-10 pick
OT Josh Simmons, Ohio State
6-foot-5 310 lbs
2024 stats: Five starts (knee injury)
What to like about Josh Simmons
Josh Simmons is an athletic tackle who has had success against some of the best defenses in the country (Penn State, Michigan..etc) Simmons is a physical specimen that drives defenders back through the echo of the whistle. He is effective at kick sliding and setting up with a strong base where he attacks and gains leverage. He uses his mix of athleticism and physicality to attack the second level where he punishes linebackers and defensive backs. He has an explosive first step and uses his exceptional arm length to shock the defender right off the snap with his powerful punch.
Reason for concern
Simmons can get over anxious and play outside of his base which causes balance and power issues. He has strong hands when he strikes, but he needs to do a better job of striking an opponent in the chest where he can control the player after contact. When run blocking, Simmons needs to do a better job of sustaining his blocks which begins with better hand placement after throwing his initial punch.

First Round pick
OT Armand Membou, Missouri
6-foot-3 314 lbs
2024 stats: 12 starts
What to like about Armand Membou
Armand Membou has an explosive first step off the snap that helps him to strike and drive opponents to gain leverage. His athleticism is transparent in how he moves around the field. The junior tackle has the ability to not only get to the second level, but to dominate it. Membou is a road grader when it comes to the run game, and when he makes solid contact with the opponents chest, he then uses his lower half to drive them backward. He has played both guard and tackle and should offer an NFL team plenty of versatility in where they can use him.
Reason for concern
Membou needs to get more of a nasty side and attack opponents through the whistle. He has issues at times with speed rushers, having problems anchoring down and absorbing contact. He needs to keep his base centered and play with low pads, andwhen he gets too upright he loses his ability to anchor down. Although Membou has an impressive explosion off the snap, he needs to readjust his footwork too often and needs to play more centered under his body. After his original chest punch to a defender, Membou needs to do a better job of moving his hands to keep defenders at bay. Too many times after original contact his hands are out of sync when continuing his block.
