Bobi Klintman attended Sweden's RIG Mark Academy in Kinna. In the 2019-2020 season, he played 13 games for RIG Mark in the third-tier Basketettan. He continued playing with RIG Mark in the second-tier Superettan in the 2020-2021 season before the season was cancelled in February of 2021 due to Covid-19.
Klintman enrolled at Sunrise Christian Academy in Bel Aire, Kansas for the 2021-2022 season U.S. high school year. He was rated a four-star recruit and initially committed to play basketball at Maryland. He later decommitted from Maryland and committed to play at Colorado. Klintman decommitted a second time and ultimately signed to play with Wake Forest.
As a freshman at Wake Forest, Klintman played in 33 games with 5 starts and averaged 5.3 points and 4.5 rebounds. After the season he initially declared for the NBA draft and then told Wake Forest he intended on leaving the team.
On June 13th, 2023, Klintman signed with the Cairns Taipans of the Australian National Basketball, joining the team as part of the league's Next Stars program for the 2023-2024. He played 23 games and averaged 9.7 points per game. At the end of the season he once again declared for the NBA.
