Tristan da Silva

Tistan da Silva was born and raised in Munich, Germany. During high school, he played simultaneously with Schwabing, in Germany's Regionalliga, and IBA Muenchen (International Basketball Academy, Munich) in the NBBL. In 12 games with IBA Muenchen, da Silva led the team in coring at 16.9 points per game while shooting 53.2 percent. His shooting with Schwabing was even better at 58.3 percent while averaging 14.0 points and 5.5 rebounds in 16 games. He was set to play for Germany in the 2020 U20 FIBA World Chapionships, before that tournament was canceled. da Silva speaks 5 languages (German, Portuguese, Spanish, French and English. With the choice of playing anywhere in the world, Da Silva decided to commit to Colorado University to play NCAA basketball. Tristan da Silva has steadily improved each of his 4 years at Colorado. As a freshman, he played in 24 gamse in limited action and avearged 2.7 points per contest. As a sophomore, he started all 31 games and tallied 9.4 points and 3.5 rebounds per game. Da Silva took his game to a new level during his junior and senior seasons and found himself on the NBA radar for the 2024 draft. This past season he averaged 16.0 points and 5.1 rebounds per game, both career highs.
