Adam Jiricek has not played as much hockey as some of the other top prospects. Between 2022-2023 and this season he has played in only 31 games for HC Plzen. His biggest moment came in the 2023 Hlinka Gretzky Cup, when he scored 3 points in 5 games and his overall play was highlighted as one of the best on the team. He was a part of the 2024 bronze medal winning Czechian team in the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships, however, he was injured in the opening match against Team Slovakia and underwent knee surgery.
Adam Jiricek is the younger brother of David Jiricek, who was selected No. 6 overall by Columbus in the 2022 NHL Draft.
