Trente Jones

Trente Jones attended Grayson High School in Georgia. He was graded as a 4-star recruit by ESPN, 247 Sports, and rivals.com. He chose to join Michigan over a long list of other power 5 offers. Jones did not see game action in 2019 and redshirted. He then appeared in just 1 game in his second season. In 2021, he appeared in all 14 games, making 2 starts. He was the sixth lineman for the Wolverines and also played special teams. 2022 was Jones' opportunity to prove himself as he played 11 games, getting 6 starts at right tackle. He played well and gave up just 3 sacks on the year. Jones returned in 2023 for his fifth year, playing in all 15 games and starting 5. He played mostly right tackle and did not give up a single sack.
