Quandarrius (Que) Robinson was born in Birmingham, Alabama, and attended Jackson-Olin High School. Robinson had a huge junior season, collecting 40 tackles and eight sacks and earned an invited to the 2019 U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas. He was rated a five-star prospect by PrepStar, and was named to the magazine's Top 150 Dream Team, rated as the NO. 4 outside linebacker and the 36th ranked player in the nation. Robinson was a consensus four-star recruit by ESPN, 247Sports, and Rivals. He split time between safety and linebacker during his high school career and had offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, LSU and Tennessee but would eventually commit to the University of Alabama.
The 6-foot-5 linebacker did not see any playing time for the Crimson Tide in 2020 and took a redshirt for the season but made an impact on special teams in his second season with the Tide, earning snaps on the special teams in seven games. In 2022, he expanded his role on defense while continuing his duties on the Tide's special team units. The redshirt sophomore saw action in 13 games, posting seven tackles and a half a sack and saw action in 14 games in 2023, finishing with 24 tackles, 1.5 sacks and one fumble recovery.
